It is totally normal emotion for all of us! (In beings) Yes, it is normal emotion like anger and anxiety (but mostly negative type). we can see, there is so many types of fear. it can be innermost or it can be emotional type even it can be outsider only or temporarily existing!

Fear is a feeling or an emotion. A person who fears something doesn’t want it to happen. The reaction to fear stems from the sense of risk. Fear is that the body’s way of protecting itself from doing things which will be dangerous. For example, if one features a fear of jumping off a cliff, he/she won’t roll in the hay.

Fear is a powerful and primitive human emotion. It alerts us to the presence of danger, and it had been critical keepour ancestors alive.Fear are often divided into two responses: biochemical and emotional. biochemical responses are standardized, whereas emotional responses are very specific.
Fear may be a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, causing a change in the functions of metabolism and organs and ultimately a change in behavior, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived trauma.
we can compare it with normal yawning. yes, it’s totally normal emotion to us. sometimes, it comes emotionally (for example, fear of losing someone/something special) while sometimes physically (for example, fear of height, water, fire etc) there is thin line of difference between both,
physical fear remains connected to emotional fear because, as an example we are during a street fight lack of our desire. Emotional fear is nothing that is physically going to hurt us, but it is going around in our mind to try and solve. sometimes, mind could be constantly in stress because individual can’t see a way out of it.

buddha says that fear does not prevent death, it prevents life. in mankind, if there any strongest thing exists than fear, it is Hope. buddha was believer that desires of human, is biggest factor that responsible to fear and sadness.

If there exists other kind of fear in society, it’s a another form of anxiety. we can call it inner peace destroyer. somehalf it can explain as bug of the life.

Physical reactions to fear include sweating, increased pulse and high adrenaline levels that make us extremely alert. fear serves a protective purpose, activating the automated response. this physical response is also known as the “fight or flight” response, in which our body prepares itself to either enter combat or run away.
